todae we learnt about the history as well as the techniques and variations used in "dui lians"(those that you hang on each side of the door). then we had to write the calligraphy on top of the "dui lian" paper provided, and sad to say....i only managed to write out three chinese characters in like.....1hr? haiz...seems like i can strike off calligraphy as one of the future careers that i can take...haha...

Sigh...dunno why the days are getting more and more boring and free, even when the EOY exams are approaching and i haven even started filing, let alone mugging. Is studies really that important?? Why is the singapore education system so exam-orientated...Even the stupid IP program is nothing more than just letting the students do abit more project and research, but in actual fact, we are still spammed with exams. I seriously see ALOT of hope in the future generations of singaporean kids. Cant wait to move on to JC....although it may mean more work... ><

Just realised that terrapins can actually hibernate for quite some time....hopefully my terrapin is smart enuff....like me!...haha.....to hibernate or sought for food on its own.....maybe one day while i am in the garden i may just step upon(figuritively) it while it is looking for food....but considering that its size is only 1/4 of my palm...it may be quite hard to notice....
